And keep drilling that in to ...GOOD LESSON LEARNED! And keep drilling that in to yourself! I had a scare when you guys were ages 8, 6 and 4 I think because I didn't take enough time for me. I learned my lesson the hard way. Your body and mind can only take so much. YOU will be a better wife and mother if you take care of YOU! This does not mean being selfish, but it does mean gaining perspective. You did with the crumbs. I am still a work in progress. I push myself to the limits a lot and have to have the talk with myself too, almost every day! Even with my kids grown up! It's a juggling act... job, husband, family, 2 other jobs, home, etc... we want to do it ALL. Keep up the good work. AND hey congrats on doing so well on the challenge. Weight Watchers helps us and I have a strict rule to do my work out FIRST thing after I get up or I also would not fit it in. BRAVO!
